About

There is no special “trick” or “secret” when it comes to health and fitness.

I have received my personal training certification through NASM, a masters degree in kinesiology and biomechanics, and my CSCS through NSCA. Knowledge of the biomechanics of the human body is an important factor when creating fitness programs. The human body is a kinetic chain and all parts of that chain are interconnected. Effective programming should address all parts of the chain, from the head to the toes, in order create balance and to reduce the risk of future injury.

I am here to share my knowledge and passion for training and biomechanics with you so that you can take that information and apply it in the way that works best for you.

My goal is to provide you with the science behind training that is needed to help you achieve your goals safely and effectively. I also want to provide you with knowledge you can apply to the rest of your life.

What I offer

Seeing results from training and nutrition requires work and dedication, but it is not as complex as many would have you believe. I offer information that is backed by science to help you reach your personal goals. Consistency is key when it comes to seeing results, but often times, people don’t know what they need to be consistent with. That is where I can help!

I provide individualized training programs based on an

in-depth biomechanics assessment that will help you

reach your goals in the safest and most efficient way possible.

Based on your personal goals, I create programs that include mobility, stability, strength, muscle growth, endurance, and agility.
